Stanley Green Infant Academy & Starfish Nursery

Learning about music and having the opportunity to play musical instruments and make music together is a vital part of a rich and rounded education.

Teaching music in primary school requires facilitating children to “perform, listen to, review and evaluate music across a range of historical periods, musical genres, styles and traditions, including the works of the great composers and musicians”.

Rocksteady Music School - Mini Rockers!

We are pleased to be able to offer the children the opportunity to learn to play an instrument (drums, keyboards and guitars) or sing in the Rock Band. All instruments are supplied by Rocksteady Music and lessons take place during the school day on a Friday afternoon - Please note there are charges for these lessons.
